Meet Our Employees
Courtney Bonafede, Personal Banker, first applied for a position of Full Time Customer Service Specialist in 2015. When she did so, she had high hopes that her new job would present her with career opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. Within a year of accepting a Full-Time Customer Service Specialist position, she was promoted to the Head Customer Service Specialist role. Through hard work and dedication, she was later promoted to her current role as a Personal Banker where greeting each customer with outstanding customer service is her top priority.
Courtney displays her passion for helping others by volunteering in several community activities on behalf of Lake Shore Savings such as Mikey’s Way, Van Miller Golf Tournament, and Music on the Pier. She is an outstanding example of our dedicated employees to continue Lake Shore Savings’ commitment to the area.
Courtney’s advice to new employees is, “Work as hard as you can, and you will receive the recognition and encouragement you deserve.”
Julie Vinciguerra, Accounting Clerk, initially applied to Lake Shore Savings as a Full-Time Customer Service Specialist in December of 2017. At the time, Julie was searching for a job that would provide her with good benefits and opportunities to start her career. After spending over a year as a Full-Time Customer Service Specialist, Julie was promoted to Head Customer Service Specialist in 2019. Determined to grow within the company, Julie transferred to her current position of Accounting Clerk in late 2019, where she comes in each day with a smile, ready to learn and always willing to assist fellow employees in need.
Julie is an outstanding example of Lake Shore Savings mission statement of “Putting People First.” Julie answers every call with a cheery “hello” and does her best to assist anyone in need. She is a prime example of dedication and hard work.
Julie’s advice to new employees is, “Don’t be afraid to be uncomfortable, you can’t expect to grow if you never step out of your comfort zone.”
